Michaela Hertrich is thrilled to be joining the staff at Aurora Academy Charter School for the coming
2023-24 school year! A lifetime Colorado resident, Ms. Hertrich graduated from Colorado Christian
University in 2021 with a BA degree in Music and a BS degree in Global Studies. She then entered the
graduate program at the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music and graduated with a MM
degree in Vocal Performance in June 2023. Ms. Hertrich has a passion for choral music of all kinds and has
been involved in a variety of choirs, in addition to other various musical productions, for over fifteen
years. She is excited to meet everyone and is greatly looking forward to seeing many new faces in
choir!
